Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor of Education (Business / Technical Education)
2. Bachelor’s degree in the area (e.g., Business Studies, Home Economics) plus UCE (if not a teaching degree)

Notes:

Serving teachers with experience and qualifications may be eligible for promotion to higher grades within teaching service if they have these credentials.
Technical subjects typically require both subject mastery and educational pedagogy skills.
